Norisinājusies starptautiskā projekta "Mana zaļā identitāte"/ "My green identity" Nacionālā tikšanās tiešsaistē

Friday, November 13 has been a very productive day for the Latvian partners of the international project “My Green Identity” - we gathered on the Google Meet platform to hold a remote National Meeting on the topic "The educational power of adult non-formal education in strengthening my green identity". Program:

• 10.00 - 10.30 Introductory words from the project manager Anita Apine: the process and activities of the project “My Green Identity” (cooperation partners: “Valmiera Library” and “Valmiera Zonta Club”).

• 10.30- 11.30 Līga Bieziņa, Valmiera Municipality Public Relations Specialist in Environmental Communication, shared her experience in organizing the adult non-formal education program “Balanced Life: Environment, People, Society” (platform for education, discussions and questions, initiatives and finding like-minded people). Originally emerging as a local response to global events, the program continues to develop green identity issues and 5 Steps of Emma Marris ideas.

• 11.30 - 12.00 Ieva Zemīte, a representative of the project cooperation partner “Oleri Manor”, told about the forms and methods of adult non-formal education that took place in "Oleri Manor" during the project “My Green Identity”.

At the end of the online event, the participants shared expriences, discussed the achievements of the project, emphasized the role of international cooperation and the ability to be flexible in current world events and put together ideas for future activities.

Additional activities postponed to a safer time:

• Performance "Don Quixote" at Valmiera Drama Theater + discussions
• Preparation and opening of the photo exhibition “Flowers” in Valmiera Joint Library

The seminar takes place within the framework of the international project “My Green Identity” (2018-2020) supported by NORDPLUS. It is organized by Valmiera Library in cooperation with Valmiera Zonta Club, association "Oleri Manor" and adult non-formal education program "Balanced Life 2: Environment, People, Society".

12.00 -12.30 Diskusija  un semināra noslēgums

Uz vēlāku laiku atlikts: 

Izrādes “Dons Kihots” noskatīšanās Valmieras drāmas teātrī (skatīsimies un diskutēsim pēc ārkārtas stāvokļa atcelšanas). Tā diena tiks paziņota atsevišķi. Biļetes iegādātas visiem uzaicinātajiem semināra dalībniekiem.

Foto izstādes “Ziedi” (fotogrāfs Vitauts Staņa) sagatavošana un atklāšana Valmieras bibliotēkā (izstādes kuratore Regīna Šalte).

Seminārs notiek NORDPLUS atbalstītā starptautiskā projekta “Mana zaļā identitāte”/ “My Green Identity” (2018-2020) ietvaros. To organizē Valmieras bibliotēka sadarbībā ar Valmieras Zonta klubu un biedrību “Oleru muiža” un sadarbībā ar pieaugušo neformālās izglītības programmu “Līdzsvarota dzīve 2: vide, cilvēks, sabiedrība”.
